The ICTFX9042 is a 90cm Induction Cooktop with an inbuilt down draft rangehood. This hybrid cooktop with integrated ventilation system is perfect where you need a cooktop with air extraction to remove odours and capture cooking grease but you do not want to see the rangehood.

The Cooktop

The induction cooktop, with Total Input Power of 7.4kW, is crafted with quartz grey graphics, and built from recyclable arsenic free glass. The glass is beautifully finished with elegant bevelled edges. It has eight induction elements and six cooking zones. Slider touch controls manage 9 power levels, and a Bridging function on all zones provides for simultaneous operation of two zones with a single controller. If your culinary delights include dishes made with delicate sauces or melted chocolate this cooktop with sustained low temperature technology is ideal for you. It also has a Pause/Resume function which means means you can quickly delay cooking without losing your settings should you need to leave the kitchen.

Other safety features of the induction cooktop include Auto-Stop, in case of accidental start, long absence, overflow, or overheating, Voltage Power Guard which is an advanced protection against ‘dirty power’ surges and a child safety lock.

The Down Draft Rangehood

The high-performance rangehood ventilation system, although extracting at a rate of 900 m³/h, is remarkably quiet with a 54dbA noise level. This is due to the UltraFlow ducting system which is three times more effective than traditional flexible ducting. Operation of the rangehood extraction system is by touch control via the cooktop surface. There are 9 auto set extraction speeds, including boost. The rangehood has a five-layer dishwasher safe aluminium grease filter in an easy-to-remove cassette.
