We request that the area around the cooktop is clear and that cooking is avoided for at least one hour before rangehood installation.

As part of our installation service, we will:

• Deliver new rangehood
• Remove old canopy rangehood
• Mark out fixings and mount to existing shelf
• Hang new canopy rangehood and connect to existing ducting and power
• Install flue cover
• Test to make sure all functions are working
• Show customer how to use rangehood
• Remove all rubbish and clean area

Sydney appliances Install covers appliances that are like-for-like in size and connection requirements, e.g. replacing a 60cm plug-in canopy rangehood with a new 60cm plug-in canopy model. Changing to a different style, such as a slideout model, will require quotes for extra works.

Extra works include:

• Wall penetrations for ducting
• Minor cabinetry work
• Roof penetrations for the ducting of rangehoods
• Cutting down flue covers for rangehoods
• Any modification to cabinets to bring to Australian Standards/manufacturer’s specifications
• Electrical work for new power outlets or hardwiring
